Cats are natural hunters and often catch small prey such as moles. If your cat can access areas where moles live, it may try to hunt one down and even eat it.
With sharp claws and excellent hunting instincts, cats are quite good at catching small animals. Not all cats are interested in hunting moles. Each feline has different preferences.
